Revisiting my goals

A list of my goals for me to look back at to keep myself motivated.

Lose 1 kilo done

Lose 2 kilos done

Lose 3 kilos done

Lose 4 kilos - I’m building muscle so it’s difficult

Lose 5 kilos - will take more time

Lose 10 kilos - more time needed

lose 15 kilos - I dont think this is possible

A gap between my thighs - apparently this isn’t always possible due do bone structure

No more bingo wings - I’m not trying very hard on this.

Small bra size - i know my cup size is smaller and i think my width is too, my bras feel looser on me

Smaller ass - the bastard is massive so I dunno what to do

Fit my hands around my thighs - neeeeeeeeever gonna happen

Flat stomach - its actually a lot flatter than it used to be

1 month without alcohol

Fit into a size smaller - I don’t think this was specific but I fit into my clothes better
